Ingredient cost allowance
Base food cost includes dough, cheese and base sauce per pie. This legacy $3.25 default is an estimate, not a supplier price. Enter your actual cost.
Toppings: cost versus selling add-on
Ingredient cost is per pizza using that topping, for this project's size. Blank means unknown, not free. Selling add-ons are charged per pie and are never treated as ingredient costs.
Labor & overhead for this project
Labor override takes precedence over the selected labor mode. Leave fuel blank for volume-based defaults.
Dough recipe
Prep & shopping
Dough quantities are calculated from the selected formula. Topping portions are estimates scaled by pizza area, not measured supplier yields. The legacy source attribution was Burke/PizzaMarketplace; individual figures are not verified against a source, so all topping portions are labelled estimated. Cheese and base sauce quantities are not supplied by this model — add your recipe's requirements.
